Yes I agree the area is still NOT very walk-able. Honestly speaking the casinos built thus far are in early stages, which means they have more land to develop on and it will only get better and better. They have planned a mammoth sized boardwalk and walk ways which will connect everything up but I guess this will not happen for 6-12 months from now. There are too much hotels, casinos and business buildings. There should be more apartments, maybe even demolish some housing, relocate the residents to temporary housing while the government builds towering apartments for the residents. Eh. Reply Neat Gifts Neat Gifts1 week ago We use to drive around this area all the time back in 2014 as we went to the Mall of Asia all the time or somewhere near there. The road ways are not congested yet because there just isn't much over there yet. Some of the roads dead end where construction is ongoing. What I hope they take into account as all this upgrading is going on is to greatly improve the coastline/beaches. As it is now, Manila beaches stink and are not very accessible to the general public. Although the fact that Filipinos in general don't like being out in the sun, the government should take into account a bulk of tourism is not Filipinos and just about everyone else in the world loves the sun and beaches.
